If you are a supervisor, to use an alternative node, you must perform the following steps:

  1. Optional: If you are logged in to the NewVoiceMedia platform on cloudA, log out.
  2. Go to https://cloudB.contact-world.net/.
  3. Log in to the NewVoiceMedia platform on cloudB with your usual credentials.

You can now use the NewVoiceMedia platform as normal.
