Administrator is now able to configure Log a Call action in Salesforce classic to collapse (hide notes, additional fields and linking information) when the Agent clicks Save button in Log a Call quick action.

Log a Call quick action may collapse Notes, Additional Fields and Linking information after Agent clicked Save button. To show Notes, Additional Fields and Linking Information Agent needs to click Expand button.

When saving the notes and additional fields in Log a Call action, when the data is stale, Agent may now Save Anyway or Reload the Log a Call. Administrator may also configure Log a Call to automaticaly overwrite stale data.
