Configuring collapsing of the Log a Call area

This feature is only currently available in Salesforce Classic.

To collapse the Log a Call area when an agent saves their call notes and re-expand the area when a new call arrives, click the Collapse 'Log a Call' when saving notes check box in custom settings. In previous versions of ContactWorld in Salesforce, you could configure this feature using the NOTES_COLLAPSIBLE control flag in the Flags field in custom settings.
