To upgrade to the latest version of Vonage Contact Center in Salesforce, perform the following steps:
Click Install for All Users.
Click Upgrade.
The upgrade starts. You receive an email when the upgrade is complete.
If you are upgrading from a version prior to 18.232, you must perform some additional steps to continue using Vonage Contact Center in Salesforce. For information about these steps, see Upgrading from a version of NewVoiceMedia earlier than 18.232. |
