Converting a static dial list to a dynamic dial list

Static dial lists have a fixed set of call records. Dial lists that you create from reports or CSV uploads are always static. If you do not have the dynamic dial lists feature available in your account, all dial lists are static.

Dynamic dial lists update existing call records and create new call records based on the data in your org. If the dynamic dial lists feature is available for your account, Dial lists that you create using a filter are dynamic.

You cannot automatically convert a static dial list into a dynamic dial list. You must create new dial lists using a filter and if the dynamic dial list feature is available for your account, the created dial lists are dynamic.
