This page _InclusionsLibrary exists to stop the _InclusionsLibrary page from being an orphaned page. Orphaned pages are problematic in exported spaces. They cannot be reimported as they trigger the following error:
Import failed. Check your server logs for more information. Error unzipping file: Zip file doesn't exist or Confluence doesn't have read access to it. backupedFile=/data/jirastudio/confluence/j2ee_confluence_a1ad1ddccbd8cc8f2264/home/temp/upload_f0b1a999_e21c_4d1d_b32d_e6840d241fdd_00000006.tmp
(Orphaned pages are pages that are outside of the root of the space and have no incoming links. The page now has an incoming link.)
