Summary

Automating callback numbers for Connect (feature)

Feature enabled only by request.

Added the ability to automatically present a different outbound number based on chosen criteria. For example it's possible now to present local numbers when dialling different areas without manually changing your outbound number. In this example the decision is made depending on the area code in the dialled number. For more information, see Automating callback numbers in Connect
