Time zones in the Vonage Contact Center admin portal

In the Vonage Contact Center admin portal, time stamps for most features are presented in the user's system's time zone.

Time stamps for the following features use the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC):

  • Audit Log (in Administration). By default, Audit Log presents the date and time of audit logs in UTC. However, the user can choose a different time zone if preferred. For information, see Audit Log.
  • IVR Data Collector.
