Summary


Dialler Support for multiple Click-to-Dial calls (Pilot)

This pilot feature adds support for multiple calls related with dial entries made using Click-to-Dial.

Agent changes

If an agent performs a Click-to-Dial calls on the Salesforce record that is their current Dial Entry the calls are automatically linked to the Dial Entry.

Multiple Rep Dial Lists (Pilot)

This pilot feature allows creating a single Dial List where all Agents assigned to it only get their own Dial Entries.

Supervisor changes

During creation of a dial list now on the first page there's an option to create Single List with Multiple Users (filtered by record ownership). Once this option is selected supervisor can select users (using existing Users View) for the Dial List and the ownership field (be default it's Owner ID but it's possible to select any custom field defined as Lookup field for Users).

Once the list is created, each agent will be only assigned to Dial Entries related with the records they own. It's also possible to change agent assignment for that list later once the list is created.

Dial List statistics regarding outstanding, completed and skipped calls are now also available on agent level.

Clicking Next button while being on a call in Lightning experience (Bug Fix)

Agent changes

If agent is active on a call and clicks Next button in Connect component it won't be moved to the next Dial Entry. The call must be finished before moving on the same way as in Classic mode.
