Summary

Progressive Dialler (Pilot)

This feature is available as a pilot.

Requires Enforced Disposition Code feature to be enabled

Agent changes

When the feature is enabled, agent after finishing the call and setting a disposition code will be automatically moved to the next record when the disposition code is "Connected" or when all phone numbers for current record were called.

Salesforce administrator changes

Administrator will now have possibility in custom settings to specify mappings for Disposition Codes with information whether the code should be treated as Connected or Not Connected call

Ability to delete multiple Dial Lists (Enhancement)

Supervisor changes

From a Dial List listview, supervisors will now be able to select multiple Dial Lists and delete them. This will also delete any associated records linked to the list. You will only be able to delete inactive Dial Lists with no active entries.

Salesforce administrator changes

On upgrade, administrators will need to add the new 'Delete' button to all relevant Dial List search layouts that are in use. See Adding a custom button to a Dial List list view

CountOutstandingCallsBatch improved to reduce batch jobs queued (Bug Fix)

Salesforce administrator changes

Administrators will now see that there are fewer Apex batch jobs for CountOutstandingCallsBatch. The code has been improved to also inspect the Apex flex queue to ensure that a job can be enqueued before attempting it. This will remove an error that some customers were seeing when their flex queue was full.

Problem with using Dial Lists created before version 17.128 of the Connect package (Bug Fix)

There was a problem with using some of the Dial Lists created in earlier versions of the Connect package.
