Summary

Automatically updating a dial list from a report using a report subscription (bug fix)

Agent changes

When a report subscription notification refreshes a dial list created from a report, new and existing dial entries will now have an agent assigned. This resolves an issue where the dial entries were unassigned meaning agents could not work from the refreshed dial entries.

Supervisor changes

This version fixes an issue that affected any dial list that was created from a report with the same phone column selected for both primary and secondary phone fields. When a report subscription notification refreshes the dial list, then the refresh will now be successful. Prior to this version, the list would fail to refresh.

A new input has been added to the Create Dial List from A Report UI that allows a supervisor to directly enter the Report Unique Name (API name) for the report. This makes it easier to select a specific report in a large Org where there are thousands of reports to select from. A supervisor can paste the Report Unique Name into the Source Report Unique Name text box and it will override any choice selected in the Source Report drop down list.
