No concurrent background refreshes allowed

Previously, multiple agents working on the same dial list at the same time could trigger multiple concurrent dial list refreshes. One of the background refreshes would execute successfully while the others would fail and give a record locking error.
This release prevents concurrent background refreshes.
Connect Supervisor permission set update

This release adds permission to the DialListStats Apex class to the Connect Supervisor permission set. The DialListStats Apex class is used in the dialListStatistics Lightning web component. If you are using a clone of this permission set, then add DialListStats class to Apex Class Access section in your permission set.
