Vonage Contact Center for ServiceNow

You can install Vonage into your existing ServiceNow instance to give agents a single desktop to work from. After you install and configure Vonage within ServiceNow, ContactPad is available. ContactPad enables telephony features such as inbound screen pops, outbound Click to dial, and advanced call logging in ServiceNow.
