Installing or upgrading the latest version of Vonage Contact Center Core Components into Salesforce

To use Vonage Contact Center in Salesforce or Vonage for Service Cloud Voice, you must have the latest version of Vonage Contact Center Core Components in your host Salesforce Org.

To install Vonage Contact Center Core Components into Salesforce, perform the following steps:

  1. Log into the host Salesforce Org.
  2. In another browser window, go to https://nvm.force.com/hub/s/package-install-link-and-password on the Vonage Contact Center Community Hub. If you are prompted to log in to the Community Hub, do so.

  3. After reading the information on the page that appears, click either the Production or the Sandbox installation link for the Vonage Contact Center Core Components package as appropriate for your Salesforce org alongside. The install or upgrade page appears.

  4. Click Install for All Users.
    Click Install or Upgrade.
    The installation or upgrade starts. You receive an email when the installation or upgrade is complete.
