Viewing automatically rejected WebRTC interactions in Real-time Analytics

When an agent is using ContactPad with WebRTC and VCC attempts to deliver an interaction to them, interactions are automatically rejected in the following situations:

  • Agent's browser does not have permission to use their microphone
  • No WebRTC connection available

Using dashboards in Real-time Analytics, you can display how many times calls are automatically rejected in these situations.

In this page

How do I display automatically rejected WebRTC interactions in a Real-time Analytics dashboard?

You can configure the following widgets to automatically rejected interactions:

Big Number

Configure Big Number widgets to display:

  • The number of times a WebRTC interaction was automatically rejected because the agent's browser didn't have permission to their microphone. Use the Device Unreachable metric.
  • The number of times a WebRTC interaction was automatically rejected because there was no WebRTC connection available. Use the Connection Unavailable metric.

List

Configure List widgets to display Device Unreachable and Connection Unavailable metrics.
