Router - Percentage applet
The Router - Percentage applet routes specified percentages of interactions to different applets. Use the applet to determine what percentages of interactions go to up to four different applets. For example, you can route 50% of the interactions to a Call Recording applet, 20% to a Take Message applet, and the remaining 30% to a Call Forward applet—if ten interactions are received, five are recorded, two messages are left, and three are forwarded to another number. The applet keeps track of the number of interactions routed to each applet. Clicking Update resets the numbers in Number of calls taken.
Percentage Routing Options

| Applet to go to n | List of available applets | The applet that the corresponding percentage (Percentage of calls n) of interactions are routed to. Select the applet that you want to route the specified percent of interactions to. |
