Changing the region for Screen Recording

How do I change the Vonage Contact Center region that the Screen Recording desktop application works with?

If you chose the wrong region when you installed the Screen Recording desktop application or need to change it for another reason, perform the following steps:

  1. Stop the Screen Recording application.
  2. Remove Screen Recording credentials:
    • On Windows:
      • Go to Windows Credentials within Credential Manager. For information about accessing Credential Manager, see Accessing Credential Manager (Microsoft help).
      • In the Generic Credentials list, remove the two credentials that begin 'screenRecordingClient'.
    • On Mac:
      • Go to Keychain Access. For information about Keychain Access, see Keychain Access User Guide (Apple help).
      • Go to Passwords within the 'login' keychain.
      • In the list of passwords, delete the two passwords that begin 'screenRecordingClient'.
  3. Relaunch the application and choose correct region as described in the Logging in to Vonage CC Screen Recording app section in Recording your screen during calls.
