Analytics Beta/Early Access Program
Vonage Contact Center accounts that were part of the Analytics Beta/Early Access Program had access to assign Viewer and Creator licenses. For the duration of the program they could assign any number of Viewer and Creator licenses to either admin or supervisor users.
With the end of the program (August 1, 2023), the default licenses model is applied to all accounts. If your account was in the Beta/Early Access Program, for the next 6 months (until February 2024), you can review and manage license usage. You can assign licenses within the default license allowance, or you can purchase additional Historical Analytics licenses to keep your current license assignments. After 6 months, you will be charged for any assigned licenses that are not included in the default license model or have not already been purchased.
