Two-factor authentication (email)

Two-factor authentication helps keep user's accounts and data safe. If switched on for a user, two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring the user to provide two different forms of identification before accessing their account. Currently, if enabled for your account, two-factor authentication using email is available.

If enabled, admin users can switch two-factor authentication on for individual or multiple users in User Admin, or in bulk. For information, see Configuring individual usersConfiguring multiple users (using bulk actions).

If switched on, the user will get an email with a one-time code the next time they log in. For more information, see Logging in to the Vonage Contact Center Admin PortalLogging in to ContactPad.
