How do I log in to the VCC Admin Portal?

The first time you log in to the VCC Admin Portal, you must set a password for your account. If you have received a welcome email, click the link in the email to open the Choose your password form. For information about setting your password for the first time, see Setting a password for the Vonage Contact Center Admin PortalHow do I set or reset my password?.

After you have chosen a password, you can log in to the VCC Admin Portal using that password.

You cannot add a bookmark the login area. Instead, add a bookmark the main VCC Admin Portal URL or the homepage after logging in.

To log in as a VCC Admin Portal supervisor, perform the following steps:

  1. In the Portal Login area, type your username and password. Click Login.

    If you have
    • are located in a country that is embargoed by the United States, you cannot log in.
  2. If you have access to more than one account, you must specify the account you want to supervise.
    Select the account from the list and click Select.
