  1. Log in to the NewVoiceMedia platform as a supervisor. For information about logging in to the NewVoiceMedia platform, see Logging in to the NewVoiceMedia platformVonage Contact Center Admin Portal.
  2. From the homepage, move your mouse pointer over the menu icons on the left of the page.

    In the menu that appears, click ContactPad.
    A new window appears informing that you are logged in as a supervisor.

  3. Click LINK AN AGENT.
    An agent login form appears.

    Provide your agent's username and password and click Submit.
    A confirmation page appears.

    Your supervisor user and agent user are now linked. Click Logout. You can now log in

    When you log out of the NewVoiceMedia platform you will automatically log out of ContactPad at the same time.
