- Go to a record of the object type to which you want to add Connect. For example, to add Connect to contacts, go to a contact's record.
- To edit the record's page layout, click the cog icon in the upper-right corner, and click Edit Page in the menu that appears. The Lightning App Builder for the applicable object appears.
- In the list of Lightning components on the left side of the window, locate the Dialler component. The component is within the Custom - Managed list. Drag the component to the desired location in the record.
- To make the component available for agents, click Activation.... Assign the page layout as a default for the org, app, or app, record type and profile. For more information about activating page layout changes, see Salesforce help. Click Close.
- Click Save. Click Back to return to the record.
