Where do I configure NewVoiceMedia? What can I configure in the NewVoiceMedia platform?

Before you or your agents can use NewVoiceMedia, you must set it up ready for your required use. You can configure settings such as your account location, agent states, short codes, and you must set up users and assign them appropriate permissions.
