If you are migrating your Salesforce org from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning Experience, to ensure that Connect still works, you must first migrate your NewVoiceMedia integration. For information about migrating your NewVoiceMedia integration, see Migrating your Vonage Contact Center integration from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning Experience.

When you have migrated your NewVoiceMedia integration, you can proceed with migrating Connect. To migrate Connect, you need to add Connect to Lightning Experience apps. For information about adding Connect to Lightning Experience apps, see Adding Connect to Salesforce Lightning Experience apps.
