NewVoiceMedia is integrated with the Salesforce Mobile App. You can therefore use NewVoiceMedia features when you make calls to customers using the Salesforce app on your mobile phone.

To use NewVoiceMedia on your mobile phone, perform the following steps:

  1. In the Salesforce app on your mobile device, open the contact, or other Salesforce object, you want to call.
    In the bottom right hand corner of the screen, tap the plus icon.

  2. In the menu, click NVM Call.

  3. If the contact has more than one phone number, tap the phone number you want to call.

  4. Add notes during call.
    When you have completed making notes, tap Submit.

  5. At the end of the call, NewVoiceMedia adds a call activity record in Salesforce that includes the call duration, start time, notes you provide during the call, and so on.
