Agent changes

NVM Call in Salesforce1 was throwing "Attempt to de-reference a null object" error message

Call Center Definition

From this version the Vonage Contact Center Call Center definition required to create the Call Center record in Salesforce is included in the package by default.

Salesforce administrator changes

There is no need to import a Call Center definition anymore for new installations. You only need to update the Adapter URL according to your configuration. For information about configuring the call center, see Configuring your Salesforce call center to use Vonage Contact Center in your region.

No changes are required if you are upgrading from an older version.

Remote Sites

From this version the remote site settings required to communicate with Vonage Contact Center are included in the package by default.

Salesforce administrator changes

The remote site settings for EMEA, NAM and APAC are included in the package and there is no need to create them anymore.

Log A Call (bug fix)

We have fixed a minor issue in Log A Call that caused an errors to be logged when a user switched primary or secondary tabs in the Salesforce Classic service console.  The fix reduces the number of NVMContactWorld__Log__c objects that are created and the number of async Apex Jobs that are used by the package.
