Release notes for Vonage Contact Center in Salesforce
Managed packages labelled "(Enhancement, Pilot and Bug Fix release)" contain the following changes:
- Enhancements. Improvements to existing features between major releases. Enhancements are available to customers who have access to the existing feature.
- Bug fixes. Bug fixes are available to all customers.
- Pilot features. Pilot features are available only to customers who have signed up to the applicable pilot program. The features will be generally available from the next major release.
