Call Notes Linking for Custom Objects (Enhancement)
Agent changes
When an agent opens a Salesforce record for any standard or custom object that supports activities, the Log a Call component will now always show the Link to xxx button. Previously the button only appeared for a specific list of standard objects.
Call Notes Notification Messages (Enhancement)
In response to customer feedback, we have made adjustments to success notification messages in the Log a Call component.
