Automatically close work items in omni-channel on chat end

Agent changes

When an agent or customer ends a chat in Salesforce omni-channel, the chat will be automatically closed so that the interaction is released.

Salesforce administrator changes

This enhancement requires additional configuration. For information about configuring this enhancement, see Configuring chats to release automatically when ended.
