Summary

No Task created for calls to converted Lead in Dial List (bug fix)

Fix was made in ContactWorld in Salesforce package but it mostly affects users of Connect package.

Agent changes

In case of converting a Lead, Task is created and associated with a Contact (Account) and Opportunity

Preventing creating massive number of tasks in case of errors in Log a Call quick action (bug fix)

Salesforce administrator changes

In some situations there was an error which caused creating massive number of Tasks with error logs
