Summary

Ability to hide Name and Related To fields in Log A Call

Salesforce administrator changes

New settings have been provided to hide the Name and Related To fields from Log A Call component.

Agent changes

If the administrator chooses to hide Name or Related To fields from the Log A Call component, these fields won't be shown to the agents. Agents can link the call using Link call to... button.

Ability to restrict the object types that an agent can relate calls to

Salesforce administrator changes

The administrator can now restrict the object types that an agent can relate calls to.
