Creation of task records for outbound dialler calls after a transfer (bug fix)

Only impacts customers making outbound calls using Connect.
Agent changes
This package mitigates a bug that was present in the following scenario so that the task is now created:
An agent makes an outbound call using the Connect component's Dial button. The call is then transferred to a second agent and either this agent or the customer hangs up.
Prior to this change, the task would not be created but now it will.
