Summary

Log a Call freezes when an agent saves notes (Bug Fix)

In situations where a substantial number of agents are concurrently active, there have been instances where the Log a Call component would grey out when an agent attempts to save notes. To address this, certain actions in Log a Call have been optimized that were previously causing records to be locked, reducing the frequency with which agents encounter this problem.
