Agent changes

Detailed red error messages have been replaced with a simplified error message that contains a reference that can be passed to Vonage Contact Center support for investigation.

Salesforce administrator changes

A new NVMContactWorld__Log__c has been added to the package.  Records will be created when errors occur, these records contain the error detail, user that inserted the record and a value to help group common errors. 

Each error is logged asynchronously as an Apex Job.  This job will also delete records created over 1 month ago to limit impact on storage usage.
