If you have previously logged in using your account name, agent ID and PIN, your username is your account name followed by an underscore (_) and then your agent ID number. For example, YourCompany_1234. Otherwise you will have received your username in your welcome email. |

After you have chosen a password, you can log in

If you have forgotten your password, your password has expired, or you have locked your account, you must reset your password. For information about resetting your password, see Resetting your ContactPad password.
Click Login.
If you use a PIN but your account has been upgraded to use passwords instead of PINs, the following message appears. You must set up a password before you can continue logging in. For information about setting a password for the first time, see Setting a password for ContactPadEither way, provide the following information:
In Username, type your username.
In Password, if you have previously set a password, type your password.
Click Login.
To open ContactPad from the VCC Admin Portal homepage, move your mouse pointer over the menu icons on the left of the page. In the menu that appears, click ContactPad.
