Note

Using dynamic audio files and custom audio files works only in combination with Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3). Vonage Contact Center has a dedicated storage area for storing audio files.

You can request to have a folder created inside for your account and have S3 access permissions configured so you can maintain it.

To use dynamic audio files you must store the audio files in Vonage Contact CenterVCC's Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) storage area. You must request a specific folder for your account; dynamic audio files and custom audio files each have their own root folder. Vonage will provide you with the credentials you need to access the folder; contact VCC support if you have forgotten your credentials.

You can use any file transfer client to upload your files to Amazon S3.

File names are case-sensitive. Always use the correct case when you store file names in data sources.

Vonage Contact Center VCC caches the files retrieved from S3. Vonage Contact Center VCC checks for new versions of the files every hour. If you replace a file with a file of the same name, you may need to wait up to one hour to use the updated file.
