When your account is configured to use single sign-on, when you go to log in to ContactPad, a Salesforce or Microsoft button (or both) appears in one or more of the Salesforce, Microsoft and Vonage buttons appear in ContactPad.

Currently, configuring single sign-on for your Vonage Business Cloud (VBC) account enables same sign-on; same sign-on means that you must re-enter your VBC credentials to log in to NewVoiceMedia even if you are already logged in to your VBC account.

How do I log in through Salesforce?

If it is your first time using single sign-on, you may see the following Salesforce prompt, asking for your permission to give NewVoiceMedia access to your basic information. Click Allow.

How do I log in through Vonage?

To log in to ContactPad, click Vonage.

You are redirected to a Vonage login page. Log in to your VBC account.
