To add the extension to your browser, perform the following tasks:

  1. Depending on which browser you want to use, go to appropriate web site for downloading extensions or add-ons for your browser. Search for Vonage Integration Suite.

    Note

    If you cannot find the extension in the chrome web store in your Chrome browser, use the following link: Vonage® Integration Suite.


  2. Follow the instructions to add the extension to your browser.
  3. When you have added extension to your browser, you must configure various settings. To access these settings, right-click the extension's icon in your browser's address bar and click Options or Extension options respectively. The available options appear in a new browser tab.
  4. To use the extension with Vonage Contact Center, configure the following options:

  5. Click Save. ContactPad opens in a new browser window.

Now, the extension will recognize certain number strings on websites as dialable numbers. When you are logged in to ContactPad, clicking any such number uses ContactPad to make an outbound call.
You can identify a clickable number by the appearance of the following icon alongside the number: Image Modified
