Agent changes
This package mitigates a bug that was present in the following scenario so that the task is now created:
An agent makes an outbound call using the Connect component's Dial button. The call is then transferred to a second agent and either this agent or the customer hangs up.
Prior to this change, the task would not be created but now it will.

Agent changes
Previously, copying text into the Log A Call component's text area using the mouse didn't save the content. The agents had to type or copy the text using the keyboard shortcuts. This issue has been resolved.
