Possible problem with callout after DML operation when using Progressive Dialler (bugfix)

If authentication token expired and someone was using Progressive Dialler then first usage was causing an exception.

Tasks created when working with Dial List are not related with focus object  (bugfix)

When working with Connect package in some scenarios the created tasks weren't linked to focus object.

Extending permission sets to allow deleting historical logs  (bugfix)

Some user without specific permissions could experience problem when a problem occurred because during logging the problem we also remove the historical logs.
