To use ContactPad, you must log in.

How do I log in to ContactPad in Salesforce?

If your account is configured to use single sign-on, you can also log in through your Salesforce or Microsoft account or both. For information about logging in using single sign-on, see Logging in to the Vonage Contact Center Admin Portal using single sign-on or Logging in to ContactPad using single sign-on.

To use ContactPad you must log in as an agent.

The first time you log in to ContactPad with a password, you must set a password for your account. For information about setting your password for the first time, see Logging in to ContactPad.

After you have chosen a password, you can now log in to ContactPad using that password.

To log in, type your username and password in the Portal Login screen, and click Login.

If you have forgotten your password, you must reset it. For information about resetting your password, see Resetting your ContactPad password.

You are now logged in to ContactPad. You are ready to receive inbound and make outbound calls.

How do I log out of ContactPad in Salesforce?

To log out of ContactPad, click Log Out on the home panel of ContactPad.

You must always log out of ContactPad at the end of your shift, otherwise ContactWorld can still route calls to you. Logging out of Salesforce does not log you out of ContactPad.
