The Send E-mail applet sends an email when a call is routed through the applet.

You can only use this applet in an interaction plan that routes calls, and not other types of interactions.

The email address that the email appears to be sent from.

Changing this address increases the risk of the email being flagged as spam.

E-mail address(es) to send toString or strings in email address formatThe email address or addresses to which the applet sends the email. Separate multiple addresses with semicolons.
E-mail priority indicatorHigh, Med, LowThe priority flag of the email.
E-mail message subjectTextThe subject of the email.
E-mail message bodyTextThe body of the email message.
