Installing the latest version of Vonage Contact Center into Salesforce

Vonage Contact Center Core Components

Before you install Vonage Contact Center, you must first install the Vonage Contact Center Core Components package. For information about installing Vonage Contact Center Core Components, see Installing or upgrading the latest version of Vonage Contact Center Core Components into Salesforce.

To install Vonage Contact Center into Salesforce, perform the following steps:

  1. Log into the host Salesforce Org.
  2. In another browser window, go to https://nvm.force.com/hub/s/package-install-link-and-password on the Vonage Contact Center Community Hub. If you are prompted to log in to the Community Hub, do so.

  3. After reading the information on the page that appears, click either the Production or the Sandbox installation link for Vonage Contact Center as appropriate for your Salesforce org. The installation page appears.

  4. Click Install for All Users.
    Click Install.
    The installation starts. You receive an email when the installation is complete.
