Given Single Sign-On is enabled and configured, Salesforce admins may pre-authorise groups of users so that those users do not have to accept giving NewVoiceMedia Vonage Contact Center access to their profile information the first time they use Single Sign-On in ContactPad / ContactWorld.

Salesforce Administrators will now be able to see a new "NewVoiceMediaVonage Contact Center" app under Connected Apps.
They may choose to switch from 'All users may self-authorize' to 'Admin approved users are pre-authorized'. This will pre-authorise groups of Salesforce users for Single Sign-On to ContactPad / ContactWorld and block other users from using SSO.
