Untested editions and licenses

The following editions and licenses are untested and not yet supported:

  • Customer Community, Partner Community, and Employee Community licenses.
  • Government Cloud and Government Cloud Plus editions.
  • Personal edition is not likely to be supported in the future support due to lack of features. (No longer sold by Salesforce.)
  • Contact manager edition is not likely to be supported in the future support due to lack of features. (No longer sold by Salesforce.)
  • Health Cloud.

Unsupported editions

The following editions are not supported because of incompatibilities or missing features:

  • Developer edition is not designed to be a production environment.
  • Salesforce IQ CRM (Starter, Growth, Unlimited) Edition lacks CTI / API support. (No longer sold by Salesforce.)
  • Group edition does not support dashboards, and package installation fails. (No longer sold by Salesforce.)
  • Force.com and Platform editions are not currently supported due to their highly customizable natures. These editions will be considered on a case by case basis.
