Permission Sets (Bug fix)

Agent changes

Access to the following Apex Classes has been added to the ContactWorld Agent permission set:

  • ActiveCallNotificationService
  • SearchAndScreenPopHandler
  • outboundCallService

Salesforce administrator changes

If you have cloned or copied permissions from the ContactWorld Agent permission set to custom a profile or permission set then you should update them to ensure your agents are given access to the Apex Classes listed in Agent changes.
