Process overview

To use Connect:

  • You must log in to Salesforce.
  • You must log in to ContactPad.
  • You must be assigned to one or more Dial Lists.

The following diagram illustrates the process that you can follow when making calls.

Process

In the flow diagram, the first decision after you click to being dialing, is determined by whether the Dial List mode is automatic or preview. For more information about dialing modes, see Dialing modes.
