Applets are the building blocks of your interaction plan. Interaction plans can contain a large number of applets. Finding a specific applet becomes more complex as you increase the number of applets in your plans.

In Interaction Architect, you can search the list of applets in your interaction plans to limit the number of applets that appear in the list.

To search the list of available applets, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to Interaction Architect. For information on accessing Interaction Architect, see Accessing Interaction Architect.
  2. In the Phone Number Configuration section, optionally filter the list of available telephone numbers and named routes. Select the number or named route for which you are creating the interaction plan. Click Display Selection.

The Applet List, Applet Manager, Transfer Manager, and Service and Visualization areas appear in the Phone Number Directory section.
