How do I handle mid-call payments?
You can take mid-call payments using the PCI Pal Agent Assist feature, during an inbound or outbound call. There are two ways to use mid-call payments:
- “No Code Required” Agent Assist Payment Button—if enabled for your account, a Payment button appears in ContactPad. Use this button to initiate a secure payment session.
