IVR Data Collector interface has two separate areas:
- Configure Data. In Configure Data you define friendly names for the IVR slots into which you will save caller input. For more information, see Configuring friendly names for IVR slots.
- View Data. In View Data you can see the information that callers have provided during calls. For more information, see Viewing collected IVR data.
